The bumper lights on the LX are turn indicators? On the LC they're just anemic fog lamps.

What are the orange color lamps to the side of the headlights on the LX?

The LX has turn signals in the bumper, as part of the fog light units. IDK about the fogs on the LC, but the LX fog lights are awesome, Koito units with projectors. The lights next to the head lamps on the LX are just parking/marker lights. They aren't very bright and don't really do anything, other than keep the car DOT legal.

Slee, since the tube work on a bull bar version would help increase the overall strength of the bumper, are you considering making provisions to fit the stock fog lights in there?

Ok what the heck is that in the background, looks like a giant turbine...

that looks like it's at their fabricators shop, not at slee's. Who knows what it could be

Sorry, probably not going that direction. That would cut a pretty big hole in the wing, as well as the boxed plate behind it. See the new range of LED bars we are offering. They can be had in different colors. I am getting a 20" to fit in the bumper to see how it works.

Slee - LED Lights

Easiest way to mod the marker lights are to buy the Toyota units and sockets and wire them in. We will include part numbers in the instructions. You could probably only buy the sockets as well and modify the LX housings.

Those are new vortex generators for Loud's roof rack :D

i was waiting for you to start on that project, THANKS!

So Treeroot's light convinced you into carrying their line? This is a bad BAD thing. I'll probably end up with one in about a month :bang:

or if you go and buy the depo clear corners to mimic all the trucks overseas they're the 1157 sockets. A pair of those is half the price of one toyota lens, just some options out there for people.

your fingers will probably get stuck crossed if you wait that long. I've seen what christo's talking about. I wouldnt want to cut all that beefiness support just to fit the LX stock foglights.

well you cant blame a guy for hoping. Im sure with a little engineering effort slee could do it, other companies have.

Are they glass? If not, you will buy them again in two years when they are yellow.

Actually treeroot got the light after we become a dealer. He had to do it since he has the definitive LED truck :D

I have the plastic ones, they have yellowed. I will be getting the glass ones soon

Is that the same light unit that Spressoman have on his front bumper? If so, it should be banned from the camp site, not offroading! My son and I were trying to watch dvd movie in our tent trailer when the night sky suddenly turns to a morning daylight when Spressoman was giving a demostration to his fellow guys!

Cheers,

Jay,

I have the VisionX Solstice LEDs and these units that Slee is now selling are from Rigid Industries another manufacturer of lighting systems.

no, only joe has to. Mine are holding up well, go ask him, he was surprised. I got mine 3-4 years ago. The OEM ones werent glass either.

Ya, he's nuts for getting a 52" bar. I still want one and you better not let me buy it till I'm "done" with other things on my laundry list.
