Brakes are in and working, still getting stuff done on the car for the queens birthday long weekend. This weekend I hope to finish the exhaust off, got two mounts today from work which I was happy about didnt know we made them. Also fitting new belts, suspension is mostly done except rear shock are now to short so I have to measure up some more and get some $$$ together. Ordered a 34'' light bar and starting to make the rack for it.

Is that a new master cylinder or is it a original bored out to 15/16" ?

Original bored out.

FYI hzj75 washer jets are different to bj74 ones, had to order specific bj74 genuine expensive ones bigger

I think from memory the fj and hj75 squirters are different from the hzj type as I had to mess around when I put a later hzj bonnet on my old fj 75
Maybe the bj74 is the same as the hj 75

Correct!
fj or hj has smaller size squirter than HZJ.:D
The hole on the hood is different as well.:p

Been doing alot more work, since rear leaves are now 13 leaf I have found my shocks too short, just ordered a pair of EFS elite 79 series 2'' lift which match perfectly. Also nearly finished the rear section of my 3'' exhaust from gearbox to bumper. Once that is done my light bar should arrive and I can build the roof bar and wire it in. Getting close to trip ready, just over a week to go!

Well got the correct washer nozzles in, $60 ouch! But also need to order in the nozzle holders.... when will it end.

Nah no PTO on any of the cars. Very much a field repair trip, there was actually another hilux with us too, also with a 5.0L and 37''s first hard hill it sheared a front hub off. Blue hilux, s*** a compressor (problem when it has airbags in the rear only), front tyre problems and s*** a centre bearing. White dual cab hilux was having numerous electrical problems and overheated badly. Brown MWB - no problems even after not moving for a year previously and my MWB - no problems (except the self inflicted, nearly ripped snorkel off, caught on tree and had snorkel head inline with the front hub, Safri snorkels sure are tough! already fixed in the pics)
