Shop smith questions

Neighbor in town selling these…are these good useable tools, or complicated and not worth it?

Asking $450 total for
Shopsmith,
Shopsmith bandsaw
delta router table
Ryobi wet tile saw

always been intrigued by those Shopsmiths. Never used one though. I'm suspecting it's one of those cases of "can do a lot of things, but not as well as dedicated tools". I do see them every so often offered for free on Craigslist, although never in that good a condition (it looks very good). Never went for one. I think they are hard to sell, with little demand, like radial arm saws. Looks like it has only the tablesaw attachment, I think there are many others.
That looks like a scroll saw, not a bandsaw, if that matters.
With everything included, that looks like a good price -well, if you want a Shopsmith, that is, and if you need all of the rest of it.
