We learned a lot as kids when my Dad pulled out one of the dowel rods, we learned to run!

Took a cruise today with the pooch. Don't judge my back seat. It gives me something to do in the future.

Had a Cane Corso ate the whole arm off my couch . Dog would've died for me. Best dog I ever had

Some rough nights spent on that seat

I would like to blame the dog for the status of the rear seat. I grew up on that seat. I have ridden a hundred thousand miles on that seat. That seat held my school work in highschool. That seat was used on many dates up on the dirt roads that over look the city. That truck with that seat has carried all of my worldly possessions at least twice. That seat has been all across this country and another country. I have brought that seat with me to places that truck and seat were not designed to go. That seat has carried 36 railroad ties in one go. That seat has survived two marriages and one divorce. That seat has brought my new born children home from the hospital. It has had to put up with at least 7 dogs over the years. You would think I would have taken better care of that seat. I am proud of that seat and one day will restore it to it's former glory.

It definitely has a story. Mostly neglect and abuse, but I can't seem to get rid of it or kill it. It's been a trusted companion.

I replaced the front shocks with some Bilstein 5165's. I will report on their performance after a thorough test drive. Hopefully including four wheel drive, mountains, and snow.

What’s your review of the Bilstein’s?

They go up, they go down, they go in, they go out . Just messin

I am pleased with the Bilstein shocks. I feel like they have the right valving for my heavy truck. Still allow plenty of flex and ride quality off road. The have less body roll on road.

And looking at the pic of the shocks installed on the rear, you don’t have an anti-sway bar, just the shocks doing the job. That’s pretty sweet!
