Break in run complete. A lot of driving for Meshal. Totally dry, not a leak anywhere. Running like new. Only a few minor items left now. And it looks like a container mate may have been found, so hopefully headed this way soon.

Last week was a lot of KMs. did about 3k and all things were alright.

For all members:
If there are any thread for replacing the heater core of fzj80 1994 and less, that would be helpful. It is going to be a nightmare anyway. I had to replace an fzj75 and yack, i didn’t sleep well.

Thanks.

Yes, we are going to unplug the whole thing. May Allah prevents any negative surprises 🤲🏽🧎🏻➡️🛐📿

well, as you may witnessed, I basically hire people to do certain jobs. This time we need to remove the dash so we can replace the heater core, evaporator sensor, and anything that looks suspicious. Also, we will unplug the ac box. All components are going to be washed before putting it together.

I got a tool kit removal from Saudi Amazon and it came fast

The evaporator box looks oily, so will discover today the condition

Nolen suggested we unplug the beeping sound unit, “is beeping a word?” and steve thanked him a lot for such a suggestion. “it is different when you work with experts👍🏽

We found the cross member has some surface rust and my guy and I gonna treat it without removing it out.

It's been a bit. Truck is back together and on the road. Awaiting a shipping container mate.

It was good we tackled the heater core. Broken pipe.

Meshal's scrounging skills found not one but 2 take off pipes to go with the oem core he also located.

Seat bottoms were rebuilt.

Outstanding service throughout this whole process. I'm hoping to have it up here in New Hampshire in June, assuming the shipping Gods smile upon us.

Things slowed down a bit with Ramadan and the follow on holiday.

New oem starter and prop shafts went on.
Potentially loading in the container next week, which should give a mid June CONUS landing.

This was sure nice to see. Between Ramadan, then a mistaken but still in charge port inspector, the Houtis doing the usual in the west and then the Iran events shutting down the east, I wasnt sure this would ever depart.

@Meshal was the man and got it done. Looking forward to a late August arrival in Houston.
