Thanks for the heads up. We have a female who frequents our property and last year she came by to show off her three cubs. Frankly, I find them easier to rationalize with vs New Yorkers . Bear rules: 1. Don’t get between me and my cubs, 2. Keep those old dead trees at the bottom of your lot so I can teach my cubs how to eat grubs. 3. Whatever you do, don’t leave your trash cans out as those equal Bear McDonalds, I don’t want my cubs to eat fast food and this could cause violation of the first rule.
