1.) mounting location on axle
2.) pretty much dead on level in this position (tie rods allow some rotation, i accounted for this and got it to sit as low as possible when it was in the downward rotation. I could stop the rotation by clocking the tie rods in the sleeve at opposing angles, this would allow the ram to always be in a level position but would put un equal stress on the rod ends. ill run it and see what happens for now)
3.) just far enough to be able to remove the u bolt plate is needed without it giving me any issues.
