Thanks Ryan... hope your cruiser turns up soon. By the way, I got to get up to your shop for some 1"erw tube and some plate for my center console/tranny/transfer case tunnel.

little more to update. I started to build my propane tank "mount" which also will have the duty as my upper shock mounts and be the inner fenderwell.

still need to add some dimple die speed holes in the plate:

Are the upper shock tabs set? If I'm seeing that right I'd suggest turning them 90* so that the bolt runs front of truck to back of truck. That should reduce the chance of binding on the top shock mount.

good eye mike... no the tabs arent even tacked in place. I may have scoot over the plate and tube runners a bit for the shocks to be able to swing correctly however. I also got the electric cooling fan wired up with the controller and mounted the radiator. Sounds like I talked another buddy to come over and teach me how to set up gears in the diffs and get the arb installed correctly next week.

I was hoping to get it at least driveable by the time the baby is born... I still think that may be possible but I'm getting pretty bogged down by putting various baby gear together, painting his bedroom, helping mama around the house more, etc...
