What adapters do you use on your master cylinder setups for disc /disc non power assist?

80 series non abs master?
JT outfitters adapter and a non ABS 80 master. No booster. 4 wheel discs. Works great.

Had a massive pallet show up at Powder Keg and it’s Pork Chop Thursday at Lou’s so my morning was shot.

Lots of little stuff today.

Slept late with Red and then when I got to the shop my silly ass sister and one of her friends drove a 100,000 horse trailer into a ditch. It took a lot of winching and my big track hoe to extract.

The Wizard came by and told me how much I suck and how s***ty everything is but he finally calmed down and settled on a plan for the exhaust. Hopefully he can get started Middle next week

Got the new adapter in from TSM and got the last caliper installed. Then I plumbed the master and Proportion valve into the new lines. Pressure bled it. I think the brakes are good to go.

I found some OEM rod clips on eBay and got them mounted on the drivers fender for the crank handle

I had the jack handles powdered properly as well and installed

I tore this thing to pieces and had it powdercoated and it’s ready to go in place. Once it’s in I can finish plumbing

Heater back in. New hoses via SOR that actually fit.

The rear heater uses 1/2” hose versus the 5/8” the rest of the truck uses. I’ve honestly never installed one, just uninstalled them over the years.

Good news is the hazards now work (in the rear). I’ve got the fender wires jacked up and have to redo. This truck also has 2 flasher relays and you need two modified ones from coolerman to make the LEDs not fast flash. One is in the standard location. The other is on the passenger firewall.

Did the early fuse blocks have a mylar/clear isolator to prevent unwanted grounding to the tub?

Whats the little shiny black box on the firewall just behind the 2 small heater hoses ?
