Thanks for reminder. Called today, guy said he wouldn't give quote for either line fix or deletion without looking at it first. I get it. But too far a trek for just a quote.
There's a Land Cruiser specialist shop out in Hagerstown, MD - very familiar with AHC stuff - that basically rejected fixing the line and were really pushing for deletion. $3k-3,5k altogether.
So leaning that direction again since no one wants to touch the lines for some reason.
 
Might be worth considering having someone who knows what they are looking at reevaluate the system. It's surprising to me that you could have anything more than a leaky seal at a shock if you can lift the vehicle still. When doing a lift with the AHC system, you are pressurizing the entire system from the pump (attached to the reservoir in the rear) to each shock at over 1000PSI (at N and closer to 1600 at H). If you had a real leak in a line, you'd probably know it and have a big mess in your driveway. There is one line in the system that is prone to rusting and blowing, but as described, it blows, it doesn't drip. System usually inoperable after the line goes. If you have a leaky hydraulic joint, then you can probably just replace the gasket/seal and go about your business. This is all assuming the bottom of your truck isn't too rusted out. That's probably the biggest factor here, but you haven't mentioned much about rust under the truck.

If you truly have a leaky shock, the shocks in AHC system are cheap. There are tons of videos on youtube of guys in the middle east replacing them if you want to see what's involved. Replacing globes and fluid could be done in your driveway for <$700. Shocks are a little more work, but nothing crazy. And other than dealing with the hydraulic lines, not any different than normal shocks.

I agree. If a line had burst the pump would probably be toast by now.
