Also, I think you should consider not washing that 80 for a while. Maybe just clean the windows to make the driving safe and interior to avoid illness. That's an impressive amount of build-up on what looks like a fairly clean/straight 80

@BreezyF I am curious too- looks like it sat w the sunroof open under a tree for a decade?did you pull this truck out of a swamp lol? Big props to spending the sweaty equity to bring her back to life.
Lol no telling how it will come out I’m going to wash it but wanted it to be mechanically sound before I wasted my time on that if I had a motor swap on my hands. I just hope the paint doesn’t start peeling off on my first wash if so she’s getting line x just worried about the added weightAlso, I think you should consider not washing that 80 for a while. I’ll see how she does and go from there not a hard part to replace at all but hopefully she’ll work I’m gonna run a digital temp gauge off the top radiator hose so I know exactly where she stands and not the oem gaugePersonally, I would have gone with a new Aisin fan clutch. That bearing is 30 years old and doesn't owe you anything.
Also, the green hub fan clutch has more shearing fins internally than the blue hub for the 1FZ. It is a more robust fan clutch right out of the box. Unless you live in the desert southwest, the standard clutch should be just fine to cool those 155 bone crushing horses.
Maybe for an aftermarket amp or brake controller? I've learned it's best to not try and understand the logic of the previous owners. It's better for your mental health that way.Any idea what this wire is? I looked in fsm and couldn’t find anything it looks aftermarket and is just a ground but why would it be run where all the “foot traffic is.” If it’s just a ground I can find another spot for it easily just a little strange

So you think they’re gone? I’m guessing this would allow the fender to fall off and it’s definitely had water sitting there I believe from the windshield because I have no sunroofthat looks abit rusty, better check for the fender hangers: Front Fender/Inner Guard Disassembly Guide? - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/front-fender-inner-guard-disassembly-guide.1281131/
you would have to check, by getting under the truck and poking the hanger with a screw driver. If your footwell/firewall is rusted (going maybe 5 inches higher than the end of your picture) there is a very good chance the hanger is rusted. So you think they’re gone? Do you think I’m in the clear? Didn’t know exactly what I should be poking at it looks like the fender bracket.that looks abit rusty, better check for the fender hangers: Front Fender/Inner Guard Disassembly Guide? - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/front-fender-inner-guard-disassembly-guide.1281131/
Hmm it's a little different but you would follow the body mount and look up. It might be behind the shield which you may need to remove to see it. My truck does not have the shield.
