Front Fender/Inner Guard Disassembly Guide? (1 Viewer)

Hi Gang, I need to gain access to the Inner Guard mount in the 80 due to some rust in the guard mount/firewall area. It seems like a very common issue, but requires the entire inner and outer fenders to come off. Its abit daunting tbh...I looked over the FSM and didn't see a section on how to pull the fender or any guides. Any ideas where in the FSM I may find this info? Or do I just start pulling parts mounted on the fender and work my way through it? Thanks!

I’d say just start pulling items and mark the hardware accordingly. Take lots of pics. I’ve pulled mine with no instruction and it went smoothly. Sucks it’s the US driver side as it has way more bolted into it. You can zip tie or bungie some systems to the intake to hold out of your way while intact to help.
