Some additional pics. I added a shroud around the intake to help IAT. The silicone tube replaced the aluminum

Oakay been busy with trying out some different light configurations. Indirect upwash in warm light. Pulled design from cabin lights in passenger aircraft. Used them in the Colorado SAS trip, and Jamboree. Great for night time cause I camp in the back. I hate sitting in the dark

Now on to the WW2 era night nav lights. Solid brass for grounded body. These are fitted at each instrument on the dash. Used on every airplane ever the Grimes post light was originally a 28 volt, I gutted them and wired in Oznium 2835 chip light. These give the downwash super low intensity map lighting with zero glare and great for the long haul. I dread the leg from Raton New Mexico to DFW especially getting caught on that stretch sitting in a dark cave for 6-8 hours. Keep in mind the photos were taken long exposure so seem bright but not

Also did some finish out on the tuffy box. It is another pit I hated opening. Wooden floor, built a power supply box from a project box to protect the fuses and battery feed. The aluminum boxes with the lights was fitted at the dome, rear mirror and cargo. Mirror fit perfect. The dome and cargo had to create a spacer to mount the post light flat. Worked great. Had some leftover vinyl from a cruiser corp interior redo I did a while back

Parker hoses and fitting purchase to upgrade my steering hoses. Cargo lights, cleaned up the front drivers side and moved all my auxiliary powered stuff like lights and fans under the dash. I made an electric panel that mounted vertical that hangs on the steering column well under the dash. I did good there

Man I love what you did here. Creates such a nice feel inside the cab.

Amazing work. I’ve followed for awhile and usually end up feeling inspired.

Wish I would have spent more time geeking out over your truck on our trail ride.

Thank you. I’ve got a gen 5 4r for the boring stuff, one night driving I was like where’s the tiny light coming from and there it was above shining but couldn’t see the source. I’ve run the night lights in footwells, mid height and now up high. Tried a few months and the clear winner is coming from about. The trick with the cruiser is the headliner is super tidy where to put them. I had to kinda force my will on it.

Ouray is only 9 months away. We can gather up then. I’ll give you the 411 on it in person.

Danny the lights link I sent you for the Oznium 2835 are inside these old nav light housing. When I gutted the 28 volt 327 lights from them I inserted the Ovnium 12 volt. The housing just manages the lights and glare very well
