If it were me ... I would make about a dozen and put them up on ebay $25... When they all sell make more... Job lot production... Small batches ... Keep them up on mud for discount $20
I have mine intact... And a spareso I don't need any ... Yet
You could also post up on ebay that you could do special order sizes at $35 a pair

I came up with the replacement plug idea but the TEQ wasn't mine. Will give credit where credit is due. As i mentioned I like how it dresses up a pretty plain piece.

Could easily do a plain set - it is flat on top doesn't have the domed section like the original FYI. But easy enough to remove the TEQ.

Flat ones will be made as well. Hopefully we'll get the sizing all dialed in and these will be available in a couple of weeks!

Whatever happened to these? Doesn't look like it the door plugs were ever offered.

Not sure why these died on the vine... Maybe no demand? He has a lot of other stuff available on his website which look really nice.
I can have OEM style door plugs made but the cost is high. They would end up being $15 to $17 each. CruiserParts.net has some OEM used ones in stock and they get $25 ea. SOR has generic black plugs for $20 a pair. Not sure what the demand is for these. Toyota discontinued them in 2008.
