Flights keep changing slightly.. looks like I am taking southwest flight 1291 to chicago then 2464 to Charlotte, arriving at 10:15pm on 4/7.

Flight back is flight 2245 at 2:40 PM on Sunday.

If anyone else is flying in, we can carpool to the site (may be a stop at a liquor store on the way there).

Looks like we can use HAM radios to communicate but the main channel of trail communication will be GMRS.

We are getting ready for another 430 mile trip. Anybody else going from Ohio or near Ohio. We could meet somewhere on our way there. We are planing to leave Thursday around 9am

The Outpost that is a mile away has awesome breakfast if you didnt want to go to the trouble for breakfast

If you guys are interested in sea food, my dad makes a killer Paella. Usually when we make it feed about 20 to 30 people. Ingredient are about $150 to 200 depending wheee you buy then. Prep time plus cooking depends on how many beers we have that day

With our timing I'm guessing we won't stop in Roanoke. We need to get an idea of stops along the way so we can make hotel reservations.
