OSS posted it pretty clearly in his image. Go to Partsouq.com, put in your VIN# save the vehicle to "your garage" click on the vehicle, click on drive train, find the schematic of the transfer case, click on the part ...that OSS pointed out. A window will pop up showing you which parts are available ...click on any for an FJ60 and order it.
I was thinking maybe one of the Cruiser companies on here would have exactly what I need .

Yes, but you will prob pay more. I use Cruiser Outfitters and Valley Hybrids among others for specialty things like suspension lifts, t case rebuild kits. Etc but they offer tech support and will get you the right kit. But this is a simple part and straight forward replacement. FYI...I just bought a Toyota parking brake cable from Partsouq for $55, Cruiser Outfitters had it listed for over $100.00 Not trying to knock Cruiser Outfitters they do good work, esp assembling kits, rebuilding diffs etc.

90311-48003 is the old number. 90311-48010 is the new number. Any dealer can get it. NAPA can cross-ref if don't care it it's an OE part. NOK is the OEM

Ok. lets do a comparison on this part 9031148010 oil seal..

Partsouq. $6.78...with shipping to me was 20.36 So shipping was a deal killer.

I checked with three nearby dealerships thru this site

Parts (toyota.com)

put the part # in and it will give you closest dealers the compare $$

...I would have to drive
25 to 50 miles to and pick up. They were 10.00 to 12.00 dollars.

you're subject to them not calling you back, losing the part, not finding the part after you drove miles to get it.

Cruiser Outfitter shows 6.00 but may be aftermarket part? I'm not sure. They don't say OEM or have a Toyota part # althought he last 5 digits are the same as the original Toyota part., prob figure another 4 to 6.00 for shipping

Transfer Rear Output Seal 80'-85' - $6.00 ea.
Split Transfer Case Extension Housing Seal
(Fits 80'-4/85' FJ40/60/62)
Part# TC48003

Here's the seal and the stake nut. You need to get a stake nut. They are a one-time use (unless you're really in a pinch).

A 1-1/4" socket fits perfect on the stake nut. If you don't have a seal puller, be really careful getting that old seal out with anything else. The new one, I tapped in with a wood block. Used FIPG on the splines when I put it all back together.

One thing that has to be asked is, "why is it leaking?" If there is play at that end of the driveshaft (try to move it up/down side/side), then you'll be doing this somewhat often because your t-case is due for a rebuild.

Search "rear output shaft" here and you'll find a lot of step-by-steps. It's not a difficult job.

Ok I’ll order the stake nut also . As fas as why it’s leaking I’m assuming it’s because it’s almost 40 years old. Everything seems tight. I’ll start with just replacing the seal and nut then go from there .

FSM calls for RTV in the splines otherwise oil will leak past them.
