Depends entirely on condition. Check out the classifieds here and look at ebay. They're generally worth anything from $20 on up.

If it leaks, it is basically a throwaway. I've yet to have one repaired that did not leak within a couple of months.

Many of them leak, and often the fans are fritzed, because of the leakage.

The only leaker I've run across leaked at the tank......easy fix. I have also unfrozen motors by cleaning/lubing and chucking up the shaft in a drill and running it, then hooked it up to a battery and let it run a couple of hours.

Just saying;)

I re-soldered both ends of the tank on the one I got off e-bay. Pressure tested it at 15 PSI and no leaks. Also took the fan apart, straightened the blades (lay it down on a piece of glass you will see the bent blades) cleaned and smoothed the commutator and surfaced the brushes. Runs good as new. \

I did recently find out that there are supposed to be some foam isolators for the heater core. If those are missing I can see the core not lasting long due to vibration...

I'll send you 4! I have 2 motors that have been soaking in Kroil for 6 months and I can't even get them apart.

The only foam I've found has been just at the tank where the tubes enter, and it's not much. Did you come across more?

Felt, foam their both F words... ;)

No, no extra felt, just what bsmith123 shows. I figured the felt pad helped isolate the headers from vibration along with the rubber hoses.
