I've searched extensively but can't find instructions / methods / options for bypass and removal of rear heater.

Does anyone know a link or know options?

Here's a thousand words:

Some people bypass the rear heater to avoid leaks from corroded rear heater pipes and/or avoid the cost and hassle of replacing those pipes.

My metal lines needed to be replaced due to rust but I didn't want to ditch the rear heater. I simply cut the lines back to where they where like new and replaced with quality silicone heater hose. couple constant tourque clamps. I ran the hoses on the inner frame rail. Been 3 yrs with no issue's.
If you want to delete completly the pic above tells/shows how to go about it.
