I previously ordered a set from Cool Cruisers and although they fit well enough, the rubber seemed a little suspect: very stiff and almost plastic like. I didn't had already purchased them so went with it. After putting 800 miles on it, this is what was happening to all of them. In all fairness, it sat a few years and they might have different vendors now

I looked on line but the prices seemed crazy hight for a set but it looked like AutoZone had everything available but the bypass hose. The prices were very reasonable and it was local/ free shipping so I went for it. When they arrived, they seemed like quality pieces but the fit was wishful thinking - here is the worst example: what I though I was ordering and what arrived :bang:

Cool cruisers of tiawan strikes again.
These are still available from toyota.

For about $100 with shipping I or several other vendors that sell OEM parts could have sent you all of them with new Toyota stickers and you could have bought one time instead of three 🤷

I was under the impression that the hoses were no longer available from Toyota? When I searched on line, nothing populated 🤷‍♂️
Correct, no cords in the rubber - I was concerned about swelling under pressure but doesn’t seem to be an issue so far… stay tuned

I just brought these two home the other day.

update for all you haters - you were right :bang::)
All good - someone had to do it - happy to help
The first few drives everything was great. I kept an eye on things just because it was such an unknown - looked today and check it out: everything was starting to swell and the bypass hose looked like it was about ready to pop! A little stressful but made it home - off to see the Toyota dealer now.
I'll report back

That made MY parts hurt... oof.

im impressed that they failed so quickly, not that they actually failed.

ok, maybe someone can help me out. I've looked at several threads and they all have different part numbers and when I cross reference them on line, none seem to match up with what I need. the Toyota dealer tried to look them up and was helpless.

Bipass hose:
16282-50040
16261-50090

Radiator hose: I only ever see 2 part numbers listed. I have 2 lower and 1 upper. Are people cutting the lower to fit in the heater pipe?
16571-50150
16572-50150
or
90916-01056
90916-01058
or
16571-60041
16572-61010

Thanks in advance

the 90916-01056/8 are both lowers with the heater pipe in the middle.
