Can anyone please tell me the difference between
And don't say 13729, please
Looks like just labeling, and the type of stamping die used to punch out the head. They both appear to be the "large" ones. But from an application standpoint, the 41021 is listed as 1958 - 4/86, and the 54750 as 84 - 97. Top one is 41021, bottom 5470.
That's all I could find.
Radiator cap size is 46.0mm x 24.0mm x 28.0mm part # Radiator Pressure Cap Toyota 16401-54750 16401-63010 16401-71010 Genuine Parts
TOYOTA OEM 88-90 Land Cruiser 4.0L-L6-Radiator Cap 16401-54750
PRESSURE 0.9 Kg/cm2
Production Date: 11/1984-04/1986
Production Date: 04/1986-08/1987
So the dates are the difference??
Don't know about the #'s posted above...but I have 8-'85 60 and in stock form it takes a large OEM cap. I've sold but owned '89 62 and the 62 took a smaller OEM cap...so:
8-'85 60 = large OEM cap.
'89 62 = smaller OEM cap.
Actually, several years ago I repaired my 60 raditior by replacing the top part of the radiator with the top from a 62. Works fine but I now order a 62 raditior cap for my 60.
Most after market radiators use the small cap like the late 60 and fj62.
