On Sunday I pushed the 60 out into the day light and installed my caster plates. Man I love staring at this rig!

I can say now that all of the hard brake lines are DONE! There is one I might redo but we will see. I got these fancy billet clamps to hold my brake and Fuel lines made for a clean looking install. Also added a manual proportioning valve kit for the rear I got from Red Line Land Cruisers. Building the brake line along the frame killed my back but man Im glad its done!

Its a 80 series dual master. I just noticed the other brake line is not in the picture . It has been made.

I can see the light finally! I got the tcase resealed and Currently working on the transmission. The H1fa Part time t-case can be a little tricky But with the help of a fellow mudd member, I had it figured out. Got to disassemble the shift fork to get the sifter dog bone in place. The transmission I have to replace the input shaft to work with the UZ. I didn't realize I would have to almost disassemble the whole trans

Had to pull the lower shaft out to get the input shaft out. Had to come up with a way to pull a gear off. Here is a comparison to the new input shaft.

Transmission back together! Not as bad as I thought it would be. Got the bellhousing back on and installed the fork and throw-out bearing along with the slave cylinder.

Next is getting the motor ready. I do not know when I will have time to work on it in the next few weeks. Im the best man in my brothers wedding. For his party were going to Hidden Falls Adventure Park. Im taking the beater 80 and renting some SXS. In the mean time My neighbors had the fence between us extended and for $350 bucks I got a new enclosed side yard. I could fit 2 fj60s or maybe 3 fj40s there
