Tried to finish putting the box back together last night. End up tearing one of the Teflon seals. Gotta wait 2 weeks now 🙃

That's the one ... if you're gonna cut one of the teflon seals putting one of these boxes together it's that one. I did it too. I think Toyota sells those individually though, so it's cheaper to get a backup. You don't have to buy a whole other kit.

I ordered 3. They will be here in 2 weeks. I think I will start on the front axle next.
 
Got the new seals in! Thanks @Zjohnsonua for the tips, I was able to install the power piston on the first try. I sanded the sharp edge down and put the power piston in the freezer for awhile. Got it all assembled, painted and installed.

This was not fun.
Used a bucket of diesel to clean the knuckle parts then gave them a good coat of semigloss paint. Bearings are all packed ready for assembly. Per a fellow mudders recommendation I am gonna use Schaeffers 238 grease. I still have to modify the birfs for the locking hubs.
