Did it take that whole crew to lay one weld? or are they just helping you change a broken Dana?

P.S. nice shirt:D

Kidding aside, I think I remember you do somthing with water?

This will be a great DD for you, no more warping the rotors on velveeta weekly!

What are your plans for the rear wheelwell (forgive me if youve covered this already, the thread is too long to read over again)?

Keep up the good work!

-Matt

I know what you mean, I dont even remember what was said. If you can remember Velveetas rear wheel wells it is somthing like that, but a little different. Ill dive into that project soon.

I did start cleaning the t-case to take off the auto tranny last night for a rebuild.

Shirt aint me :flipoff2:

just a single guy welding, that is a 1" thick tab welded to 3/8" casing..

The weld is over an inch wide...

.045 flux core wire feed with 30/70 argon/co2 mix. Fxxxer would not let me play with the welder lol

Dana aint broke yet ;) http://www.tuff-teach.com/pcs/images/smilies/knokwood.gif

The bit is a 49" custom drill bit for conductor casing (like an appetizer, it is the hole you drill to drill a smaller hole deeper..)

The well being drilled is a test well. For water, but the difference between a water well drilling rig and an oil well drilling rig are nil... The rig is based on depth drilled, not as much oil or water drilled for.

Harry Stamper sucks donkey nuts..

So what is the approx finish date for this project? I have to have Bob done before you ;)

I am thinking mid to late summer for project done due date :)

Cool, I'll beat ya then..

Gonna have my junk ready for the con

:flipoff2:

we'll see slacker ...we'll seeee..

Now does that include 4-linking the rear like you said?:D

donno, wanted to get it running and working before I ripped out the rear end..

But perhaps :D

hey hey hey now...I have been working on it several nights a week for months, unless the surf was good :)

And I have not been working on mine at all :D

This belongs in chat :D
