I've always been a hater of all things drum brakes but they really are super simple. I've not fooled with them in years.

I am going to hate life when it comes time to bleed them I know though.

The bleeding isn't bad. It's adjusting a drum brake with two cylinders that is a bit tricky. They work great when in good condition, adjusted properly, and not wet ;)

Define "enjoy".

If it's got anything to do with seeing your life flash by I front of your eyes, then I know what ya mean.

Pump once ...... nothing
Pray super fast
Pump a second time ...... come on
Pump a third time ...... dear Lord PLEASE!!! I promise I'll go to church Sunday.

Phew. Close one.

Bawahahaha

Had drum brakes on the first car I ever had and they worked fine. Of course it took Toyota until what, 1979 to figure out self adjusting drum brakes??

I've got hubs. AVM's

Should have updated this. I got
A set of Aisin hubs. I'm good.

I do need one Hub type hubcap. Used. Don't want a shiny new one.

Moving back to the front for a while. Tie rods.

90 wt dripping out of my hub so it looks like I get to do a gasket kit. I'll turn the rotors too I guess.
