Wow, 9 feet per minute ain't fast but it's still a cool winch. One of the coolest ive seen. The 24v version would be pretty cool for my truck.....

I like the pto that they make that holds 325' of line.

Moving back to Boston?

I did enjoy my years in bean town ... However yankee fans don't really have a place there LOL

Looking to lessen the mortgage in our move ... Staying somewhat local... However anything over 1/2 hr drive to work would render cruiser DD duties limited ... I used to drive 25,000 miles +- a year with it .... But with gas and family may need to run a 78 Honda civic LOL

took the whole family for a drive the other day .... may have it in a flag day parade this sunday transporting a few Marines ... troy ny flag day parade is the largest in the country ... Marine Corps Band should be marching directly infront of us as last year ... Troy is the home of uncle sam

BTW Flag day is June 14th as well as it's the birthday of the Continental/US Army

trying to get my military style trailer fitted with new tail lights as well... i'll post some pics up later of that

Interesting. I installed a Ramsey winch on my first FJ40 in 1979 that I bought from Pierce Sales. Same outfit is still going strong 30 odd years later. Great winch.

I can't believe you drove that many miles/yr in a Cruiser in NY and you still have metal left on it. What's your secret?

Poor Wally tub built our of 3/16" side and 1/8" floor.

Wow, that'd do it I guess. I'd love to see one of these tubs. I suppose that and a galvanized frame and then just washing twice per day in the winter, eh?

once a year I undercoat it with Napa "Open Gear Lube" spray can.. takes 2-3 cans to get the good areas underneath

the tub is killer overkill :) ... those spots on the side probably wouldnt have been there if not for the non-washings the truck got over the years ... a few weeks? ago I washed it.... it was the 1st time since i did the body over this last time 3 years ago LOL

Sweet trailer! Love the cruiser lights too.
