I have some of that evaporust somewhere - I probably won't use it. I'll see if I can find it tomorrow. If i can find it, you can have it.

Nice! I'm downtown today but leaving around 3:00. LMK

Here goes nothing!

Edit: BTW, I only needed 1 gallon to fill up ~3 inches in that wall paper tray, in case any needs to do this in the future.

That stuff works good. I threw in my roof rack clamps and unfortunately missed one but now I got a good before and after shot.

Id give those doors some more time in there then make sure you dip them in paint or figure out how to get paint inside them.

Pour in some bedliner, slosh it around and call it good.

My only problem with that is that it could make rust repair really hard a later date (catch on fire when welding) Paint could be removed by dipping in stripper I don't think the roll on liners come off as easy. I also don't think they adhere to bare metal very well and ideally are used with a primer - but I am no expert and never tried it myself. I'd use a spray on wax oil that could be removed with a solvent or a dip.

Just an option...

Unfortunately I'm out of time. The rust bullet takes 24 hours to fully cure before I put on the weatherstripping so that leaves me tomorrow night and Saturday to get all this done before my trip Sunday.

Replaced the 40's starter yesterday with the same result. Spins a couple of times then hits compression and locks up. I think the F is trying to tell me it's done!?!?

Aw Chris, I was just bragging up your F engine yesterday at Anthracite!!!!!!!

Its like you old timers!
Its hard to get going but once it gets going it doesn't want to stop!!!
