If I read the parts chart correctly they are interchangeable.

I don't know from personal experience if there's a difference in panel between those years. The US Domestic part (for the subwoofer) that goes there, Lower Panel - Toyota (62603-60020-A1) | Toyota Parts, says it works for 1998-2002, so one would assume that an alternate version would also work for those years.

Let me actually get ahold of the panel, though, and confirm it's the right part number before anyone else goes a-spendin'.

Amayama also cancelled the order for 62603-60010-A1. I had two substitution options:
a. Genuine Toyota 62603-60010-B1 (6260360010B1) BOARD SUB-ASSY, QUARTER TRIM, LOWER which is the same part but the wrong color for me (grey) and
b. Genuine Toyota 62603-60030-A0 (6260360030A0) BOARD SUB-ASSY, QUARTER TRIM, LOWER which should be a similar part, in ivory, but for "transverse rear seat" vehicles. (It's also almost twice as expensive.)
I ordered both because I'd like to solve the mystery once and for all. I think both of them are correct, but I'm curious what the difference between the transverse part and the non-transverse part. Ideally the 30-a0 part will work as it's the right color and I can resell the other one to someone here with a grey interior.

FWIW, the 10-B1 and 30-a0 parts both show as plenty available on Amayama. So once I've confirmed, those who want to do this mod should be in good shape one way or another.

NB - for reference, the rest of the 62671 part category: 62603-60020 and 62603-60040 are the speaker grill versions I believe, non-transverse and transverse, respectively, A* for ivory and B* for grey. (60020 is the one available in the USA.)

No sunroof, fixed rear quarter windows, cloth interior, no rear diff locker, no third row and no rear AC.

I want some of the rear poverty pack options, especially the no trim look.

Supposedly Land Cruiser Heaven is coming out with cloth replacements for the 100 series soon (they recently released cloths for the 80). This should be substantially cheaper option than a used set of OEM cloth seats, the cheapest of which I found were $1600

62603-60030-A0 order was cancelled but 60010-B1 is still processing (though delayed). So in case that leaves anyone confused about where we are with this, basically it looks like there aren't any Ivory parts available in Japan; I am still hoping to get a grey one. Red X on the below is for parts I've tried to order and are NLA, yellow X is for the speaker versions. If someone wants to try ordering the (transverse) 60030-B0 I am curious to see if it's available and what the difference is, but I can't justify buying the twice as expensive version in the wrong color if the cheaper one is available.

Partsouq does not have 60010 or 60030 as available in either color, which led me to Amayama in the first place.
