Nothing Ive found matches Ed's Red.
Plus you mix it yourself and it's cheap.
And did I say that nothing else matches it?
Mark...
You wouldn't want to share your recipe would you? I've seen a lot of variations on the home brew.... most common around older military folks....

Mark.. this off subject, but your avatar has been bugg'n me for months. I know I've seen that pick somewhere... That is you in a river rescue?? Saving a cruiser that some one owned named Jack? I believe.. I think it was on the front cover of the TT mag.? Was it in 01? I have been looking back at old issues... can't find it yet.. If you don't mind let me know.. I want to read it again.. I remember it was a good story.... Thanks,,,That's it. The warnings about using in well ventilated area are overstated, as are any worris about the order you mix it in. Just get a quart of each and dump it all together. Keep it in a sealed container or the Acetone and Mineral Spirits will evaporate out.
It's great stuff. I guess it cleans guns well too.
