Recovery hasn’t been bad at all. I laid around Monday afterwards but with 3 kids there’s no time to take the 2-3 days.
My plan is today all of a sudden have done to much about the time the tournament starts today and need to take it easy all of a sudden.
Don't strain yourself man. Not worth the pain that goes on for a long time.
