I'll add one more thing. Street rated tires don't belong on a trailer and real trailer-rated tires want between 60 - 80 p.s.i. to do their job. Running too little pressure can cause them to overheat and...POW! This isn't the first trailer tire blow-out we've had in the last month or so. Guys with trailers, check your chit!

Do they all have those weird raised center treads? I had a set like that on my tow dolly - ended up replacing them because I didn't like the way they looked.

New ones are some Chinese crap. But I bought the 'better' ones.. I.E: more markup.

Anyone here shave with a straight razor??

For the past 5 years or so i've been shaving with an old style safety razor but have recently thought about switching to a straight razor.

Any recommended brands?

I knew i'd get s*** for that one but I will always have a half beard, i'm just not so hot on the mustache part.

So... What do you all do when you realize that a service person you have hired has entered a room where they had no reason to be? They were told where they needed to go, and they laid out specifically what they needed to do and where it would be. I'm sure I know the answer already. Glad I said no to them putting a lock box out so they could come and go as needed.

I'd have been there watching him except I also needed to watch his coworker on another floor.

Well - I work in an situation that requires I would give a warning, then a written warning, then a second written warning, then it would probably take 1 year to get rid of this person.

But that is if they worked for the same company that you do.

Otherwise you could warn them if you wanted, or just fire them :)

James said I should point the squirrel fan south to hold off the T.S.
