Made it about 20 miles, we have now turned around and are headed back to our start to get a rental to pull the 45 with, the 80 isn't gonna cut it.

Yeah...I wondered about that. Oh well, JP will have to find another way to speed up and justify his diesel transplant...

Good luck knocking down miles yet today!!!

Lol this trip is gonna be epic!

Marshall and I made it to first destination! We are on track!

Sweet man, I think JP turned off the Spot. They'll probably roll in around midnight or later, which is normal for JP, I've never known him to be on time for anything.

I hope they have shocks on that tow rig..JP sees them as optional equipment :P

They made it to Manchester Tn. Hitting the road at 5 in the morning to catch up to us. Tomorrow is going to be hell. 14hrs to Colorado Springs.

Nashville

We have gotten 4 thumbs up so far on our trip as well been invited to a game of cornhole.

When I first saw that I knew you were not going to keep up. The 80 will do it but not in a timely manner. Flat towing my 40 over Wolf Creek Pass was a slow climb at 20-28MPH in first gear. And that was in its stock form.

Hey at least you only have 14 hours vs. JP's 17....Atl traffic must of been hell yesterday.

Nah, JP rolled through ATL around 7:30 pm, well after rush hour. Don't know about the earlier guys though.
