Who wants to be a rock star? How about maybe a little gift for the kiddos of your (cough cough) "favorite" relative? Time to part ways with one of my favorite noise makers.
PDP (by DW) CX Series 6-piece drums. Maple shells. Silver sparkle wrap. Popularly regarded as one of the highest quality mid-level kits of the last 20 years. Not produced anymore. Comes with Yamaha hihat stand, Yamaha kick pedal, DW and Pearl cymbal stands, Ludwig snare stand, and all hardware needed for all toms. All you need is a throne and some cymbals. Bass drum is missing one rubber spike bumper. Everything else is in superb condition. The shell pack alone (without the included 16") was around $600 new. The 16" and the hardware would have added about $450+ when new. Contact me for ONSC, or Friend of ONSC, price; let's just say that it's a deal. Located in Charlotte, NC. Will not ship. I can send more pics if needed.
Kick = 18x22
Snare = 5x14
Tom 1 = 8x10
Tom 2 = 9x12
Tom 3 = 12x14
Tom 4 = 14x16
What's your issue on the CX wrap? I haven't had any delaminate, and I'd literally put the appearance of the sparkle right up there with any of the DW's I have (except the early 90's purple Keller ones that are all coming loose). And I totally agree on the heads comment - oddly, pinstripes have been my favorites on this CX. I honestly never used the snare tho.I was never a fan on the wraps on the CX series (or on any drums for that matter) but PDP makes a great kit for a entry-medium level players. And with the right heads and some tuning they can sound like kits that cost quadruple.
I’ve been playing my MX series kit for just about ten years now.

Did I read that right? $2,500? What's wrong with it? That looks like a great deal on a nice little pickup
Wanted. cowl? Plastic shield under the engine for a 2004 100 series. Buddy Mike got whacked, totaled his 2001 and he now has a 2004.
