well, it can still be for sale early next year, if youre more of a q1 purchaser ;)

He claims his are OEM (no way to tell actually). Even if they're not, shipping is a lot better from him ;)

Are the PartsSouq driveshafts aftermarket?

Have you spoken with the seller? The language in the ad calls it a "factory replacement" which I think can be interpreted as non-OEM.

"This is a new Toyota Land Cruiser Birfield CV Joint. This is a factory replacement CV Joint. This style Birfield Is the only type for highway driving. The stronger joint usually want hold up to highway driving. Rockwell hardness is critical. If a joint isn't hard enough it will wear with everyday use. The softer joints are stronger and will not break as easy. The problem is they will wear out under everyday use. The reason is that the land cruiser is very heavy and is full time 4x4. This kit comes with the birfield cv joint and updated Drive Flange"

I agree, Rice. But I'd go elsewhere just on that description alone.

Nice digs...really like the floors. Needs more shop space!

Thanks! Yea - - room to build one :) Garage is a nice size, though - flat driveway - no excuse for me not to work on vehicles :) Love being able to back up to the gravel for oil changes, etc.

We are looking for a small house with a garage or room for a garage in downtown Pittsboro near the B&B, too. I have no garage and the shop that is on the property seems to be broken into a fair amount for the area :\

Whomever it was, did an amazing job organizing for those pics...is it always like that?

WTB fj40 land cruiser. Cheaper the better. Not scared of rust. Doesn't need to be complete or original.

PS don't offer me something you care about being severely molested :D

O dear, this should be interesting.....

Keep an eye on winston CL. There is a blue 74 with cut rear fenders and crushed driver forward rocker. It started at 12.5 but is down to 6.5k not sire if sold or not but it has been on and off the market for a year now.

No, I haven't yet. I was hoping someone here had dealt with him since he's close by.

Thanks! That might still be a bit above my targe price. I'm shooting for 5k or less depending on drivetrain. No Toyota specific requirements but I don't dislike a f/2f.

THere was a RDU CL ad now deleted for the 50% done 40 project for $4500 obo. After reading your post I figured you snagged it cause the ad was up this morning.

Lil higher price as well but has hard top and will trade on your AR ....

Thanks. Chatted with the guy in ga. I'd feel bad about cutting that one up...has the super rare oem chromoly axles

I have one that is missing parts, cheap, and needs a lot of work. It was on my front yard for halloween. I will sell it if you want to buy it.

I am looking for a steel rim for my 1994 FZJ80 (Non Alloy) to mount my spare tire on. I have all five of the original (in poor shape) OE alloys if someone wants to trade. I also have some rear mud flaps and most of the fender flares too.

Also - doesn't need drivetrain or axles. Does need frame, tub, cowl, windshield frame, hood, aprons, bib. Fenders or fender liners a plus.

Title a plus but not required (can do bonded title here in NC).
