Testing the waters

I'm thinking about making a small dent in the closet. Anybody have any interesting trades? 40 & 80 stuff, bang-stick stuff, guitar stuff...?

All I know is this: It isn't a top flight piece. Never installed or used. Has original box, all hardware, packaging and unopened warranty/instructions with a date of 10/01/11. Lifetime warranty.

ATN Professional Series Illuminated Reticle Riflescope/Black Lion Optics 8-24x75LU. Includes rings and cams for 22-250, 308, 30-06, 243 Win, 7mmMag, 300 Win Mag and 50 BMG.

Whatchya got? Lighter used for size reference only, I'd really hate to part with it :D.

I'd buy it buy I'm not a professional sorry. Insert Smiley with middle finger haha

I've got various 80 pieces and parts:

- Stock coils and shocks with a mere 240K miles on them
- Stock rear bumper pieces
- Driver side seat track for two-tone 40th Ann.
- Class III receiver hitch that'll probably fit all kinds of vehicles
- Stock stereo head unit
- Ashtray (with mounting bracket/Light)

Edit: I don't know what any of it's worth. PM me and we can work something out.

Also, I'm looking for a seat leg sub-assembly for the 3rd row passenger-side seat. The PO managed to bang it up pretty good and it won't lock to the floor. If anyone has just that piece that would be great. The seat itself is in really good shape so I don't want/need to buy a new one.

1988 Toyota 4RNR 4WD $3,500.00 firm No Trades

22RE 4 cyl, 5 speed, 4WD. Brand new timing chain, timing chain cover, oil pump and water pump. New front calipers, rotors and pads. New radiator. Replacement front seats from another Toyota (not sure model). This truck runs and drives well. NO RUST!!! This is a local Spartanbutg truck.
243K miles

Man... I wish I could. One of my biggest regrets is not taking better care of mine when I was young. They're hard to find in decent shape these days. Good luck with the sale!

Mike

Wasn't your wife looking for a 4WD :)

with decent wheels and tires and a small lift, that runner would be ready to go. Some one is getting a steal in a 5 passenger 4wd TOYOTA convertible.

Yeah but she's got her heart set on a 100 series LC or a sequoia. I showed her this earlier but she just gave me the same dirty look when I suggested a fj40. :(

LOL Mike, I was just kidding, but I can imagine the look.

My wife really wants me to keep this thing. I told her to get me the donor vehicle for the 60 motor swap and I would keep it.

Oh? What type of donor vehicle are you looking for? I know where you could find a stepvan with a certain diesel motor in it :grinpimp:

Wrong song Johnny :) I will be looking for a wrecked late model Chevy or GMC 4WD. LQ9 Vottec Max, Auto trans (heather) and Tcase all going into the 60.

Marketed as the Vortec HO 6000 and later as the VortecMax, the LQ9 was a higher output version of the LQ4. Specially designed for the Cadillac line, the engine found it’s way into GM’s truck line as the VortexMax in 2006. The LQ9 featured a bigger cam and higher compression flat top pistons for an extra 10 horses and 10 lb-ft output over the LQ4. Like it’s predecessor, the LQ9 is a highly valued engine for budget rebuilds of stock engines that can be pushed to a higher horsepower level.
All trucks manufactured with Gen III & IV engines have a serial anti-theft system. This serial anti-theft system is only defeatable through ECM reprogramming. You should plan on having the ECM re-flashed when installing this into your transplant vehicle.
• Displacement: 364ci
• Block: Cast Iron
• Heads: Cast Aluminum 15-degree cathedral port
• Compression: 10:1
• Bore & Stroke: 4.000” x 3.622”
• Specs: Rated at 345 hp and 380 ft•lb from the factory.
• Where to look: 2002-2006 Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac Escalade EXT, 2003-2006 Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2003-2007 Chevrolet Silverado SS, 2004-2005 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra (Vortec HO Edition only), 2006-2007 Classic Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra VortecMax Option.

Smart wife. ;<)

Heather works in the used car biz and knows where to find vehicles. I'll bet the farm that she will be burning up the wires tomorrow looking for a donor truck and trying to work a deal on it. So we shall see I guess.
