Needle in a stack of needles, but does anyone have any SUV in the $6,000-8,000 range for sale? I’ve got a buddy whose truck just overheated annd is done and his backup vehicle’s transmission is going out. He’s not picky, but wants something reliable.

FJ40 hard top and doors for sale from a ‘78 model, but will fit other years. The top is disassembled. There is rusting the pieces, but they are usable and repairable.

Anyone have the #1 cat with a Y-pipe that isnt cracked for an 80-series collecting dust? Or a full header setup.
This is the set I have. There were mounted on a basket case rig I bought, but never actually used. I have a 4plus front and rear bumpers too. Same thing.

It is time for my 94 FZJ80 to move on to a new owner. I would like it to go to someone local that understand Land Cruisers so I am listing it here. This is the description that I used on FB Marketplace.
I am asking $4500 but am willing to accept reasonable offers from club members.
I have many more photo on request.
300k miles on the body, about 110k on the motor and transmission. Many mods, some good, some just okay. As you can see in the pictures the paint is a mess but the interior is in pretty good shape considering its age. Newer tires and current inspection. Most everything else is dead stock. Third row seats are installed.
Birfields replaced about 2k ago and one axel. We used rebuildable Birfields.
There are many modifications and some repairs that may or may not need to be made, that will be up to the next owner. I am the third owner. It was a lease then sold to the person that I bought it from in 2016.
When I bought the truck it had about 300k on it and a dead engine. Currently 319K has replaced the engine and trans with one with 72K on both. 7/2016 with full baseline. No, unfortunately I did not think to get a receipt for the engine and trans as I did not plan on selling it.
Title in hand CASH only sale, I will not ship.
Modifications
Removed all the cladding, running boards, roof rack and rear wing.
Did a ABS delete
Sealed the sun roof
Added Gentex mirror with temp sensor
Made steel cold air intake tube
EGR disables with diode and resistor.
Fuel pipe from filler neck to tank remade in steel tubing.
Added switch and mod for locked diff in high range.
Removed alarm
Birfields replaced need inner axle seals re-done
Issues
Some body and frame rust light to moderate.
Paint is bad and has a bad repaint in SOME but not all panels (last owner not me)
One fender in MonstaLiner (me, an experiment that I did not like the results)
Grey Plastidip cover bad lower belt repaint. When it was repainted in the past some of the body was masked off and some was not. So under the gray there are areas of black paint.
I am located in NW Greensboro near where Battleground and Westridge cross.

I have 2 sets of 3rd row seats - one from my 2002 LC and one from my 2001 LX - available for FREE.
The LC seats have been stored since I bought it and they have some surface mildew.
The LX seats have been stored since I bought it about 15 months ago and are very clean.
I don't have room to store them and do not plan to use them.
They should work great for an upholstery shop to reuse some of the leather for patch panels.
Upstate SC - mudship or pickup.
I also have a set of OME 860 springs available.
I bought them from @77cruiser a couple of years ago my '02 LC, which got totalled, and my '01 LX has a 2" OME kit, so I don't need them.
$150 in Upstate SC
Don't mind shipping, but you will need to cover freight from 29334.

I just ended up finding a set but I sure do appreciate your willingness to help out.

custom 80 series sliders for someone to fabricate and fit. Took them off to paint, found a lot of rust, they were hitting on my pinch weld and all in all decided to scrap them.
Had these on my 80 for over 20 years. Worked amazingly, very heavily used. tossing them for scrap or for someone to have a project.
