City Racer Hardtop to Tub Weatherstrip for '73 to '84 Land Cruiser FJ40 - Left Hand and Right Hand

As listed on THIS CityRacerLLC.com webpage, these are described as follows "High quality reproduction hardtop to tub weatherstrip for Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. Fits model years '73 to '84. Equivalent to OEM part numbers 61688-90308 (L) and 61687-90308 (R). Get the same functional part at great savings."

Over the winter, and with some help from @roadstr6 , I finally got around to replacing the door and tub weatherstripping along with the window felts on my 1977 FJ40. It is so much nicer to drive now! Why did I put off this job for more than 15 years?!?

I'd been accumulating the necessary parts for years, and re-ordered these, as I forgot I had them on-hand and hidden away in my parts stash.

CityRacer's price = $90 plus shipping
Your price = $70 and delivered to Carolina Relic Run

anyone near Charlotte have a pinion nut and washer for a 76ish FJ40 front diff? Prob use a seal as well if you have one. Ordered them from Toyota but may not get here in time for Relic.

I ordered a flange and all the above from cruiser outfitters. Here Monday. Should be good.

Also have a set of 60 series springs free aswell. Someone on here previously wanted these but I can't remember who.
Edit - It was @SFROMAN who had wanted these awhile back. I'll let him post up to see if he still wants them.

I'm looking for an exhaust manifold for a '75 2f. Let me know if anyone has one.
(For a customer)

**SOLD**

Well this hurts me to do, I've been working on this thing since 2016, and there's a lot of temptation to stick it in my garage, but my dad said he has no desire to work on or drive his 40 anymore so it is for sale.

1973 FJ40, Chevy 350, H42, 3-speed case

We bought this in 2016, with some extremely sketchy suspension and steering, and a slap wore out 1F and 3-speed.

Suspension is all brand new mileage wise, technically like 9 years old, but it's been in the garage since we've had it. It is rough country springs and shocks, but I pulled a couple leafs so it rides less like a board now and a little smoother. Has CCOT shackles I think.

Steering is still stock push pull manual, center pivot has been rebuilt. All new 555 Tie rod ends, tie rod is solid from JT outfitters, new drag link from somewhere.

Engine is a rebuilt 350 with 305 heads, I bought a '79 Buick Skylark it had been swapped in to. Don't know a ton of history but seems like a healthy engine. Runs great. Melling oil pump, Keith black pistons, speedway motors block hugger headers, aluminum 4 barrel intake with a brand new brawler carb on it, electric choke. New plug wires with ceramic plug boots. HEI distributor. New mechanical fan and clutch. Griffin aluminum radiator. New fel-pro rubber oil pan and valve cover gaskets, new rear main seal. New exhaust from a local shop. Powermaster starter. GM alternator. Downey full circle conversion bellhousing. Downey motor mounts and tcase mount. Installed well.

H42 has not been rebuilt but shifts like butter. The 3-speed T-case is what came in the 40 when we bought it. Currently no shifter installed on it. Comes with a brand new BTB twin stick shifter.

Axles are stock, swapped the rear diff with another one that's in much better shape. Drum brakes have been rebuilt on all 4 corners and it stops impressively well. Has selectro locking hubs, I have some warns I'll throw in if someone wants them.

Body has been replaced from the door jamb back. By a previous owner. No rust, definitely not a show piece though. Would be a good candidate to cut the quarters off of and replace with Bud Built 3/16 quarter panels for a more factory wheel opening.

New parts included(I might be forgetting some):
-LED factory style round tail lights from JT outfitters(currently has trailer tail lights on tub)
-BTB T-case twin stick shifter
-OEM Toyota windshield mount mirrors
-OEM Toyota headlight upgrade(current lights do not work)
-boxes of other stuff I can't remeber right now

Come with full hard doors in good shape, no rust or damage. I think both windows work.

I think the fuel tank is leaking currently slightly, I believe it just needs a new drain plug washer($3 from Toyota)

No seat belts currently, includes an aftermarket back seat.

On 35x12.50r15 BFG KM2s, they are the last year for the KM2 I believe. Somewhere around 2018. Chrome bullet hole steel wheels.

Clean NC title in my dad's name. Located in Winston-Salem, NC. I can answer any questions.

$9,500 obo based off Marketplace prices, haven't posted it on marketplace yet, would rather make a deal with someone on mud. Open to offers.

@40LandCruising is this a FST or do you have a lid for it?
I assume it's a factory hard top 40 but I don't know exactly, I can't remeber exactly what the differences are. But the PO who rebuilt the back of the tub used square tube for the top rail of the body so it doesn't have the angled sill for a hard top to fit over. We do have a well loved best top that is included with it. That I believe could be mounted to the top rail of the tub without issue

anyone have a spare diff for an FJ40 and wants to bring it to relic- I am looking for one. Regearing the truck to 4:56.
