So I would like to finally finish up my write-up on the install and cover an important part that has yet to be mentioned from my reading. Left over parts! Yup, typically it is not good to have left over parts but I believe I am OK in this situation. Wish it would come with smaller diameter rivets and an extra one instead of these extra bolts.
I was supplied with (2) black finish bolts with built in lock washer and washer on each. #90119-08869
According to the diagram these appear to bolt the snorkel clamp (#537070) to the A pillar but this was riveted instead.
Next was (2) black finish bolts with a built in washer only #90119-08961. I only used 1 of the 2 supplied and this was to attach the clamp for the top of the snorkel that holds the top piece on.
Lastly was a little black finish bolt with washer only #90119-06594. Again I only used 1 of the 2 supplied to attach the flex hose bracket that is inside the fender to the engine wall under the hood.
As for the install, I would not call this a

job more like a 2 or 3.
For me the template did not seem to be right on I ended up going much lower on the back two (far left) large holes for the snap-ins on the snorkel body. Personally I think you need to fit it after you have the large hole cut out and not drill all your holes but at the same time be careful not to snap the snorkel into the fender.
I did miss a little on the front snap it does not want to stay snapped in so there is a gap at the front of the snorkel that is annoying me. But I think if I loosen up the bolts on the fender brackets a bit and pull my corner light out I will be able to get in and pull the white plug from the back side with pliers to get it to snap in and hold thing flush.
If I were to do it again I would consider doing nutserts on the A pillar to use the suplied nuts. Next time I go to HD I will try to remember to get the bolt size and thread pattern to pass along to the next installer so they will have this option. My other tip is that I feel the odd shape cut out is a little to tall so I would cut inside the line at the top where it is high and low. This project takes some Huevos so grow a pair or else you will have a $400 shelf ornament in your garage!
