Think i can pick this one up for under $5k...aside from the stainless tub, yellow roll cage, and the rusted driver door, anything jump out on this one?

Guy says it runs like a top, no rust issues, etc.

Did the human spine on the shifter not jump out at you? You may wake up in a bath tub without a kidney when you go take it for a test drive. With that much rust in plain sight, I would hate to see what the rear quarters look like underneath that cover up.

I know the body needs rust, and not real worred about the spine (really! just a stupid wrap)...

At this point I'm looking for a good mechanical truck that i can redo the body on...and, i admit, GRASPING AT STRAWS!

Good to meet you again. Hope you enjoy your project. Its a solid truck and a great canvas to build an incredible 40. Post your build progress. Im currious to see the end result. If you ever decide to get rid of it I call first dibs.
