I had a great time on yesterday's run but my toe? Not so much. I was moving boulders out of the way for Jim's run up the hardest obstacle of the day and the big rock took a nasty roll onto my toe. I've tried to enlarge the picture as much as possible for your enjoyment. Be glad I didn't break my coccyx.

OUCH!! I was soo far back in line that I didn't even know about that. We could just see that you guys were having a boulder rolling party for Mark and Jim up there. Looks like it's time to soak that in some epsom salts and a couple of shots of pain killer. John

Sorry for the spelling I sucked at school so I need to ask what are you implying when you say 'firs"

No I like the live pedicures...looking down at large Asian breast shaking while they work on my feet is worth the $15 (with coupon) IMO

No hard drive here ,we use a sever so I can say they are my daughters and wifes friends.

You angered the wheeling Gods by moving the boulder...

sorry to hear you got hurt :frown:

blue - purple - yellow . . .

would a $30 CB radio help heal your problems ? :flipoff2:

LOL...Thanks for the offer. It's sitting in my garage in a bag. If I lead more trail runs I'll have to break it out. I guess the rest of the group isn't going to get 2M radio's and a license. :crybaby:

It was good to see you and Michael. Safe travels home.

Brittan, I'm sorry you got injured. I hope you'll heal soon. It was good running a trail with you, as always.

Unlikely we'll switch to HAM any time soon. At present, we're still working on getting Claudia's CB to work  :) I guess it's one step at a time.

as you had ample time to observe by now, my CB works just fine - it's the guys who have the mic too close to their shoutbox

Oh man, we went to the Mex eating place after this run and you didnt show any sign of limping or in pain?

Hope you had a speedy recovery!

Ya...I'm a tough guy. :crybaby:

Thanks to all the well wishes...

I have the flip flops going this morning. Glad I don't have any meetings.
