Topside isn't bad. There are a few spots underside that need cut out and replaced, along with a few thin spots in the rear quarters. I just scheduled the media blasting for the week of 8/19. I'm sure more areas of concern will appear after that process.
Interesting find was that the bed was stripped clean and bondo'd in a few spots before the bedliner was put on. Whoever it was did a decent job as I found only a little original paint during the removal process.

I get mine from metal cut to length out in Olathe.
However, I ordered some 1.5" pipe that should be in next week. I can see if there are some offcuts at that shop. I assume you want 16gauge stuff?
