I drove it today (just around my yard)! I need a proportioning valve as the rear brakes lock up way too early.
Looking forward to a mural Monday shot at the local deli soon!

Looking good. That firewall steering column seal is available. I fixed mine awhile back.

At some point I’ll go through and replace all the grommets I can. Debating wether or not to remove the heater, as I’ll probably never use it. More holes to plug. 😉

A bit hokey, but whatever. I spent some time trying to get the rear brakes to balance, and can’t get it yet.
Somehow I still have air in the lines, it’s a 2 pump chump for now. 😬
Good news is that it starts right up and idles. I’ve driven it back and forth in front of my house a few times playing with the proportioning valve and it seems to run ok.

Are you 4 wheel drum? If so, you shouldn't need a proportioning valve with that MC.

What's your bleed method?

Found out my (stock, welded, steel) wheels don’t fit whatever Wilwood disc brake kit is on this front end.
Regardless, I still can’t get pedal (at first pump) despite bleeding all the wheels and master again.
Put the pedal pads on though, so there’s that.
