Can you help me understand what you mean by this?

I presume it is A/C related, but I am trying to understand what the procut 25 is, duty-cycle and the 1/4" reference.

I would like to have A/C in the Pig by this summer, but there is a lot I don't know...

TIA,

No, I was referring to the Procut25 plasma cutter
25 amps, 90 volts,
35% duty cycle DC
¼" @ 9 ipm (115V, 20 amp Circuit)
3/8" @ 22 ipm (115V, 30 amp Circuit)

From my usage w/ that machine you can blow thru 3/8" & that's about it. Cutting 1/4", it depends on how much you're doing, but I remember having to wait for the machine to cool down to start again. It's really designed to cut sheet metal & it does that really well.

Now I have a Procut55 & I've never had to wait for it to cool. That's the best machine I've bought

Too funny, thanks for the clarification!

Stopped by after work at the local junk yard and picked up some power buckets out of a intreped for $50 bucks. mounting looks like it will be pretty simple and the controls are on the seat so no remote switches. I have the factory shoulder belts in my pig so no need for one in the seat. Still have to lay the dynomat and carpet before they go in.

Found a rear cargo glass and a tailgate glass yesterday from CruiserParts.net , they have 3, 79,s their parting out if anyone needs anything (and a couple of other years also ) . got the tailgate glass for 30 bucks which is cheaper than the local prices of cutting it. Going to start a little on the inside then move around to diffrent things so I dont get burnt out doing any one thing.

started installing my seats today. The mounting will be pretty straight forward with these seats which is a plus. The rear seat brackets are flush on the back and 90* on the front. I had some angle iron that I marked the holes for the seat part then went through the floor. after I had all the holes drilled I painted them black. Only probem I had was on the right front bolt because it still has the catylitic converter and heat shield on (soon to be removed!!), plus it still has the bottom shield for the trans and t-case on. Used the old tape the nut in the wrench trick and went over the frame to get the nut on. ran the power and one seat in. Now to do the pass. side.

Don't pitch it - I'll take it if no one else wants it...
Just pay for the shipping and its yours. Anyone need a good steering wheel with no cracks, Im swapping that out for a smaller Grant (Im not a fan of big steering wheels). Just pay the shipping and I,ll pull when My adaptor comes in.
