After Michael at Overland Bound posted that Baja Prep video I had a wave of orders come in that wiped out my inventory of powdercoated panels. I am working on a batch right now, so within 4-5 weeks they should be available again. Sorry for the delay!

I DO have a few of the raw aluminum, flush latch style panels in stock and they will be ready to ship within 2 weeks. These work great as-is or if you want to do a custom coating or carpet. Please call or email me if you would like one of have any questions.

I installed one of these recently and couldn’t be happier with the product. Really well made and install was straight forward with there instructions. Finally got all the junk that was in the back safely stowed away.

What did you use to attach the carpet? I've gone back and forth on how I want it to look and I like the carpet.

I used 3M Super Trim Adhesive part # 08090 and it’s available at most automotive supply places.
I’m not much of a upholstery guy and I really could have done a better job. I wanted the oem look but I think getting carpet from a auto/marine supplier might have been a better choice as the stock carpet doesn’t cut well. Looks fine from a few feet.
I would love to see his new powder coat as it would look clean with a close match.

I just pack it so full that nothing has the ability to move (I carry the shackles wrapped in a towel).
