Adam, Mines arrived undamaged and looks all intact, the kids had fun with all that bubble wrap..... Here's my youngest lad modelling with it.

I've shipped 24-25 lids to Oz, UAE, South Africa and Japan. Ballpark is 250.00 with door to door service with 500.00 insurance to Oz.
I run them through here:
International Shipping, International Courier Parcel Delivery Services Company, Overseas Shipping Service
They usually beat my DHL Express account prices by 30-40%.

Yup, they are powdercoated on all surfaces normally. I think the Monstaliner will be just on the outside and the rest will be a machine brushed aluminum finish.
