Here is my impersonation of Anestis (hope I spelled your name right)

"Hey guys, I bought a 40 this morning, worked on it a bit, got a bite for lunch, worked on it a bit more, got a bite for dinner, worked into the night so sorry the pics are a bit dark but how does this restoration look?"

I am amazed at how fast you turn trucks around!

Alright guys, got a little done today. Took the drivers seat apart and painted it. Got the top ready for paint, four coats of primer it had alot of little places that needed smoothing. Probably didnt get them all but I wasnt going to prime it again. The bezel done and white. Figured out the horn got it all wired up. When I was doing that had problems with the brake switch. I guess when your hand up there moving wires around a 40 year old switch will lose ground. Alot of the wires were broke off it. Mounted the step bars on both sides. Painted the bumperetes, just used some spray can bumper coating on them, i did prime and sand them though. I used a different horn relay not a toyota, I used the same relay for the reverse light. Couldnt justify spending around 70$ for both. I think that is all . Here are some pics.

Wow, didnt realize those pics were so bad. The paint was still in the air. Oh yeah and I did get the wipers working and mounted. The motor itself was caked with a thick coat of brushed on rust bullet from the po. A couple of brushes and some lacquer thinner and it cleaned up nice.

Man, that's looking awesome! If it wasn't for this little girl due in a couple of weeks, I'd be all over a 40 project right now. You've got me fired up! Gotta wait for now though. Hopefully you can drive it to church one Sunday so I can get a look!
