new 40

forgot to post pic on Sunday. The top is painted and on with headliner. the headliner did not turn out so great in the corners but oh well. the bezel painted and on. got the drivers seat redone with new vynal and foam cost me 100.00 but it looks nice. painted the front heater and ran lines for the rear. still havent found a rear heater yet, so just left hoses in a loop. the rear hatch is painted and waiting to be assembled with glass, seals and mounted. got a nice box from $OR cant wait for this weekend.

its just a 4 inch from spector off road.

"Just" a 4"...I like that, when you get around to putting it on, can I get oem driver side spring? mine is broken, and I wanted to lift it, but with the amount I am looking at in body work I probbably won't be able to afford a suspension for a while....let me know if we can work something out....

on my other 40 i put a 3" and was wanting more, however i dont like soa so i chose this. on the spring sure you can. ill let you know when i get it on.

getting closer and closer. rear hatch assembled and on. started the lift, got the rear on and shocks. 2.5 degree castor shims, and heater painted and in. I also installed a vacumn switch in the heater line that is 12 volt. I will be wiring it to the fan control so that when you turn on the motor the valve opens and allows water to the heater. When the blower is off the valve closes.

Are those floormats a rubber diamond plate ? or the real deal bent and formed? (edit... nm i see one folded)

Thanks. The mats are from spector off road. They are the bendable rubber ones. I bought them so i wouldnt scratch the paint. I hope they hold up.
