I’m running a Quad setup but have a switch so I can run two lights instead of four. I also retrofitted a Matchbox projector in the OEM fog light... and the plan is they’ll replace my daytime running lights which I gave up to run the Quad setup

This is a low beam shot the last is the high beam output

What projector are you running in the high beam? I retrofitted TSX projectors into my LX470's low beam a couple of years ago and have been happy with the improvement over stock but recently I've been looking into other options. I have been wanting to either go with a single bi-xenon instead like the D2S 4.0 and use your adapter as I already cannibalized the stock brackets for my TSX retrofit...or do a quad setup like yours using two bi-xenons.

Also, how did you set up your switch to toggle between dual or quad beams?

I'm running the Mini H1 in the high beam location using the threaded shaft mounting technique . Had to cut about 3/8 off the reflector to expose enough thread for the washer, nut and the bulb Moto Holder. After adjusting the light cutoff, insuring it's level I remove the bulb and Moto Holder, I JB Weld the nut to the reflector just to make sure it never moves.
The bracket makes installing the DS2 easy so let me known when you're ready.... keep in mind you'll have to open up the shroud a little for the larger projector. I need to have another run of D2S brackets cut as I down to about 6 pairs... been pretty busy building lights.

I haven't wired the lights yet but I'll simply connect the harness of Mini H1 and the fog lights to the system control and toggle them on and off.
Next test is the Matchbox projector which I mounted in the fog lights are bi-xenon and I think if I use two spllitters I can have 6 projectors firing as high beams... that could be pretty sick.

Thanks for the info! I'll definitely need to open up the shroud as you mentioned but that shouldn't be hard. I have a standard Morimoto 3K H3 HID kit in my factory projector fogs now and they're decent. I bought all my HID parts from TRS on Black Friday to save the 25% off so maybe I'll wait until this Black Friday and pick up a set of Mini H1s...

If you're going all in for the Quad setup you should consider new housings...

That's what I was thinking. I'd ideally like to find a set of glass lens housings. Not sure if there are glass lens housings available for the 2003+ trucks. To be honest, I haven't looked for them much.

The glass housing are still available and fit 2003+ LX470. I’ve built 4 pairs with glass housings and working on 2 pairs right now. Check pricing on my site I think you'll find a pretty competitive price

So, I’m running OME lift done buy the PO.....I added upper control arms and a diff drop. Boots leaked after the llift so I had the diff drop and new boots done. In my quest for improve ride quality as the OME is really stiff.... I decided to remove the OME torsion bars and install LC bars after reading on mud that would help the ride quality...... THAT did not happen ..... In conclusion it didn’t change the ride one bit..... it rides just as firm as the OME bars. I spoke to Ben at Slee and he confirmed I would see zero change with the LC bars and the only way to improve would be with better shocks... I have a pair of Radflo 2.5 shocks I pickup from a local member that should go on in a few days and we’ll see if that’s changes things. I could find anyone locally who could charge the shocks with Nitrogen to 180lbs so I ordered a Nitrogen regulator setup from with Schmidty Racing complete with a no loss chuck and had him build a add on hose to use to fill tires. Less expensive then Power Tank and built to my spec’s. Will keep you posted how that works out..

Picked up the JDM modern rear wiper arm.
Looks like the right part? Found them on eBay and they arrived from Japan in about 10 days

ok, I just looked through that seller's items. Can someone tell me what the crab warning decals are for?
