Did you patch the hole w/ the original piece of plastic?Previous owner of my truck replaced the head unit, amp, and all speakers, including the subwoofer. However, since I’ve had it, I’ve noticed an intermittent “dragon breathing fire” type noise coming from the rear subwoofer. Was working on some other projects, figured I’d check on the sub, and it turns out there’s a chunk of plastic missing from the OEM housing. The plastic ended up inside the OEM housing.

Not entirely sure how long it’s been like this or whether it was caused by the subwoofer being too powerful for the housing.
