Finished the tcase rebuild and mated it to the tranny. I'm just waiting for a part from AA to complete the twin stick shifters.

Is it a 5 speed? I'm trying to figure out which bearing to get for the output shaft that is pressed on the shaft and is held in the t case.

It's an NV4500 GM 1998 (or something). Which output shaft? Front or rear? I can send a pic. One's slightly larger than the other.

Oh, no my 5 speed is a toyota. Need the bearing that sits in the front of the split case but is actually pressed onto the h55 output shaft. Mine is "gravelly".

The input shaft from the transmission actually has two bearings on it. One close to the transmission (which in my case, is a special bearing manufactured for the AA adapter) and one that sits at the rear of the tcase.

Is there no part number on yours? I have the original that came with my split case. I'll look up the number at the shop tonight. I can get the diameter with the calipers as well if you'd like... make sure it'll fit in your case if you're buying one.

The one I need is the hidden one in your photo. It's technically part of the transmission I think.

Gas cap and neck from Filler neck supply. Relocated the door to the rear driver side. Filler neck has a 1 inch tube inside the 2 inch outer tube. So inside can fill while the outside tube vents.

Radiator/condenser/intercooler. I'm not actually a big fan of how I built this.. It seems like air can get around the intercooler/condenser straight to the radiator. I'll be adding something to seal it up a little better on the top and bottom later.

Rear sill replacement. I also got rid of those reflectors that stick out on the rubber things. Never liked the look of them.
