Looks pretty good Dave. I hope you get it all sorted and offer them up because you're right, we need a more economical solution.

Functional.

I'd recommend some sort of metal rod in the hinge and magnets to keep it closed.

I have the billet one from Australia, expensive as hell.

I made pockets for the magnets. For the metal hinge pin suggestion, I really wanted to avoid any additional processing (reason for the print-in-place hinge).

Dig it! I'm in.

Add a spot for my camp ciggies like this >>

I installed the latest print. I had some print issues in a non-visible area behind the cover and will also need to adjust the mounting holes (will slot one side). I'll run it for a bit along with my fridge and battery pack and will make updates as I go.

That looks sweet!

Similar to ark earth utility vent out of Australia.

What would you mount? Trying to get an idea on the different variants.

Here is how mine is setup

Solar input
12v out
Air couple
And maybe a propane couple

P.s. If there are options I would like just a blank canvas with no holes
Good idea on the solar input. Just need to see what type of connectors can be mounted in the available space.
